i was wondering what is the best way to sharpen my tools and to keep them in prime condition

Mate I sharpen mine regularly, I use a diamond sharpener. A couple of hints I would like to tell you is that your branch cutters should overlap, some people think they shouldnt and try too sharpen it out. Mate it pays to keep them free of sap and dirt, a crean mate is good for that.

giles is right bunnings for sure , i bought one there last
week for $20 . they work good to - you just need a good edge
to start with
