It is an unusual presentation. The low left branch likely would have been cut off in most designs.

Almost 1.5 meter, yamadori and from this pic is going to be a tree and a half, the design can't be faulted, not the traditional design and the styling is classic. These young artist from South East Asia has turn the corner big time and created a whole new perspective in Bonsai. Enjoy,

WOW! Thanks again Leong, missed the post from 6 days ago, that is a tree that screams old character.
This more recent one crosses the line of deception between a rock planting and a great old tree.
Certainly I admire it, not sure that I love it.
Always one to test our minds though.
