Hi There

Out at Kendall Showground, yesterday helping the boss set up her market stand and remembered to take a couple of shots of this old two-needle pine.

Not sure of the variety but the bark is amazing.

hi JC - slash pine - pinus elliottie - I've got around 6 of em - they mustn't get bark like that
till there pretty old or are large enough - because mine havnt got bark like that yet

There are a number of them around the showground all with that amazing red colour on them, I think they would be well over 100 years old.

Next time I'm out there I'll see if someone knows, better still I'll post it on the Kendall Community FB page, stay tuned :laugh: :laugh:
