I'd put more my money on Green Island Fig, it's the oval leaf variety - there are two common in cultivation, - round leaf and an oval leaf - yours is the latter. Ash

Definitely not a PJ - leaves too fleshy and in the pattern of a Green Island - especially with those fruit.
