This juniper is in a 100 litre tub. Was in the dead corner ear mark for a visiting overseas demonstrator. As usual love the material but the price...... Guess what I will have some fun with this tree myself:whistle: Now just have to find 1-2 hours in my schedule to get it done. Here are some pics. Anybody want to have a go??? Please do, is fun (because you can't see what is behind the needles :) :) Here are some pics.

Hi

Wicked material to work with, I think that the trunk line is running away from the viewer in the first shot.

Can you remove a little of the foliage from the second shot?? cant see through the shrubbery.

Here is a sketch of the trunk line of this juniper and the second picture is what the projected end product hopefully will be. The second sketch is a wishful one (85% chance). Na........ that is just me in my wishful mood.

Got a couple hours to spare, so I start on this juni. It proof to be quite a stubborn bugger to move couple of the vital branches. Two of then are 3 cm in diameter and the crown branch was a 1.5 cm diameter. I have to change directions after spending 45 minutes trying all the tricks to get it to move. Lost the crown branch but found another one to take its place. All in all It was only 80% as I said. But in a few months after the growth and compacting I feel it would be 90% at the moment is a bit flat. The last pic is with the projected height of the crown and the width has to be compacted and reduced. Gone through a massive root pruning too, took nearly 80% of the soil/root mass off. Here are a few pics. All critics welcome.
