Spare maple pot and $6.45 tube stock of Leptospermum Polygalifolium (what a mouthful)

The concept I like, the pot size and thickness not too bad.. just the pot style will look at that later,...the height has been brought down but will be looked at again and I will revisit a rock or two... but for now what do you think.

Hi Anthony

OMG, what have I started?

OK cruel to be kind, It would look better in a brown forest tray as we live in a sunburnt country, as it is at the moment.

I think that the rocks need to be a darker brown colour and the stones a red colour to be in theme with the Aussie bush thing.

Maybe you have some old bits of wood, rather than stones as in the bush regenerating after the fire sort of thing.

Yes tray/pot to change, now the height addressed again and the surface stripped back which I think looks better.

And bit fun with a stick.

Hi Anthony

Looks better with the back scratcher in there

I wonder how it would look next time when you re-pot it to have the back scratcher buried slightly sitting straight up as if it a shoot is coming from the base?

If I do this at any time I drill a hole in the rock or in this case a stick and tie it into position or better still glue it in place onto a small tile.

Hi Anthony

Once again I think that the pot is way too big and it would look better on a slab or a shallow tray:whistle:

Looks better with the firewood straight uppish.
