New benches and stands

G'day all, over the last two weeks I have been building new benches . I decided to also make some stands to raise some of the shorter trees, it's worked out well, they are not lost among the larger trees.

Thanks guys , its been a average couple of years for my trees.
I'm putting it in ,to get them back to a standard I'm happy with. I definitely have to down size , its nice having them with a bit more space. For me being tall having the stands a bit higher is fantastic, I get a lot better look at them.☺

Hi Rod

The tree in the first shot on the right, have you got that wedged between the volcanic slag-rock?

That's given me an idea as I have a leaning deodar that I have on a cut up fibreglass pot that hasn't done the job and the base cracked.

I was thinking a crescent pot but it will need to be biggie and a bit pricey.

So I might steal the idea and set the tree down lower.

I could see it planted in a moon pot JC, would look great and definitely planted lower.The one of mine is planted in a hole in the rock , which I ground out.
I just sit it on the rest of the rocks, its easier to move it around. What about making something out if the tile glue thing and mesh. I always thought how I had it originally the rock looked too small, thats why I added the other rocks and the long pot.

Great effort Rod down to the last detail of including the fence in the color scheme which makes the trees stand out even more .
Also your comment about the height of the trees most of us tend to have them to low and we are looking down on them more than at them .
