Pinus penthaphylla var.rough bark.

Been growing six of this rough bark five needle pine for the last 15 or so years. Was going to use them as grafting materials. But sadly time has come for me to move on like so many of my trees. Father time have been very kind to me but I guess reality have to be faced, is time for me to move on to the next stage of my life. Whatever is left only GOD can decide.
As it is stock material to style it the classical way is a bit tougher than usual. After studying it and see how they grow in the field, I decided to do the
" natural " or shall I say " don't know what to do style ". The one that got work on is the pine on the right side of the trolley. Here are the before and after pictures. Oops the yellow colour needles are due to the last two frost in our growing are.
